Regarding the license, it can be distributed as long as it is not for
commercial use, so in theory it should be possible to distribute it by pkg, or
not? "The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create
derivative works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the Licensed
Work."

And to add the license to the port it must be like this?

LICENSE=        BSL11
LICENSE_NAME=   Business Source License 1.1
LICENSE_FILE=   ${WRKSRC}/LICENSE
LICENSE_PERMS=  some perms ...
