Patch for easyrpg-player

Use upstream release archive as recommended by Porters Handbook and also to
avoid breakage due to GitHub's changed policies [1]
Backport upstream commit a4672d2e30db4e4918c8f3580236faed3c9d04c1 to fix build
with fmt 10+

Compile tested on 13.2-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 12.4-RELEASE (amd64)
