Hmm, from what I can see, there is some confusion on the Github page.

- If you look at the 'about' section in the top right corner of the page, the
author only mentioned LGPL-3.0 license. 

- The commit message of the COPYING file says ' Relicensing to LGPLv3+ (#266)'.
In issue 266 it seems, the author is not aware about differences between
LGPL-3.0 and LGPLv3+.

- On the bottom of the Github page the license section explicitly names
LGPLv3+.


I am not an expert in licenses, but I would tend to use LGPLv3+ here. Of
course, one coud ask on that page about it.
