Patch for libmediainfo

* Switch to separate source archives
* Switch to CMake which brings us much closer to other distributions and
reduces manual patching
* Sanitize source code
* Adjust port to more closely follow other distributions

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist)
Poudriere testport OK 12.4-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 13.2-RELEASE (amd64)
