After the update to 4.0 transmission can no longer be installed modulary, by
mixing the parts one wants, as for example -daemon and -utils conflict on
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/transmission.

If I see that right that could be solved by removing the options that overlap
with another flavour: UTILS DAEMON and CLI.
