Since the vdr and vdr-plugin-* ports have been deleted, I have ported the
latest vdr version (2.6.4). I hope this work hasn't been done by someone else
yet.
I was able to take over most of the patches and other work from the old port.

I have also ported the current vdr-xineliboutput-2.2.0 plugin so that at least
one output plugin is available to watch TV. The patches of the two ports are
attached.
Since the old ports are in MOVED, they probably have to be deleted from there,
right?

PS: The two ports are certainly not as professionally created as the old ones,
but at least they work on my system. And due to these ports, the VDR Wiki page
is no longer up-to-date, but most of the instructions there should also work
with the new version.
