Patch to update and convert nomad

Please find attached a patch that updates the port and should make maintaining
it easier for the maintainer in the future. Tested in poudriere and in a
production setup (hence the update to 1.5.6 and not 1.6.1, which actually is
the current version). So it's up to the maintainer to apply this or maybe go to
a more recent version. Only tested in poudriere on 13.2 amd64.
