That may occur sooner or later, but anyway "-devel" is simply not true. And, if
I remember correctly, adding major version is common practice in ports (e.g.
llvm14, llvm15, gcc12, gcc13, etc)
Of course, we can also have "-devel" ccache version, but it should be in fact
development version.
