IMO, after ccache4 runs fine with common port tools (poudriere, portmaster),
ccache should be moved to ccache3, and ccache4 should become ccache.

This is somehow inevitable, because compilers gain more and more features
ccache-3.x.x doesn't support.

IMO, in ccache mode ccache and all its dependencies should be built first as if
there is no ccache requested. Then all other ports should be built.
