I believe "-devel" is incorrect since 4.8.3 is release version, not a
beta/alpha/pre-release/etc.

So, we really have to stick with "ccache4" (at least I don't see other options
acceptable considering we can't do anything with devel/ccache at the moment).
I'd suggest moving your patches to devel/ccache4.
