Git patch for security/lastpass-cli

- Patch for upstream issue #532 has been refreshed to appease portlint.
- Drop maintainership - I no longer use LastPass

Passed through portfmt, passes portlint with updated patch, passes poudriere
testport.  Not directly tested as I'm no longer a user, but changes are
otherwise very minimal.

Due to 1.3.5 updating pinned CA hashes this should probably go into quarterly
branches.
