XRay port patch.

Port changes:
* Xray version is updated to the current 1.7.5
* Xray service script introduced to autostart service
* pkg-message file created to facilitate service config
* Default Xray config created in etc dir based on Xray recommended multifile
configuration layout
* Default user/group for port migrated to v2ray - parent the xray is forked
from. Xray and v2ray are config-compatible.
* Port auto-download of current geoip and site databases added. Environment
variable set for service script to use installed geo databases.
