Update to 2.1.1

The version currently in ports only supports PHP up to and including PHP 8.1.

However, according to upstream:
https://pecl.php.net/package/amqp

Version 2.1.1 of this package is now available which also supports PHP versions
higher than 8.1.

It seems the new version (like the old one) compiles fine without any tweaking
neccessary. See patch attached.
