Yes, agree.

It fails in files.c open_both_files in the call to XmCreateFileSelectionBox.
I tried to dig deeper but I don't know what the problem is (parent widget seems
ok, arguments seem ok too).

I would mark this as BROKEN. It is archeology-ware.
