<https://matrix-org.github.io/synapse>, so I guess that the latter (not the
page to which it currently redirects) should become the WWW.

Re: the description,

Matrix was new a few years ago, and (bug 273563) we're way beyond 0.5, so a
refresh of the entire description might be good.
