Update emulators/mame to 0.259

* Update to 0.259 (https://www.mamedev.org/?p=529)
* Some Makefile style maintenance
* Add keymaps
* Move from ${MANPREFIX} to ${PREFIX}/share
* Add a patch to fix LLVM compilation on FreeBSD; reported upstream.
