Patch to files/samba_server.in

It fails to start samba server in a jail environment with the following error
when
security.jail.mount_allowed = 1 and
security.jail.mount_fdescfs_allowed = 0

> Performing sanity check on Samba configuration: OK
> mount: none: Operation not permitted

The attached patch fixes this issue.
