Desktop file for /usr/local/share/applications

MuseScore 4.1.1 is missing the desktop file
/usr/local/share/applications/musescore.desktop. Therefore, it does not show up
in the application menu, and needs to be started from the terminal.

I've provided an example desktop file. We're missing an icon, which I'll attach
to the next comment.
