Update to 1.6.3, no specific changelog. Update megasdk version to 4.17.1d, not
the latest, but current megacmd release uses this sdk version.

Other changes:
1) list SHEBANG_FILES simplier (mega-*)
2) use /bin/sh shebang instead of bash in mega-* wrapper commands

Works fine for me on 13.2 amd64.
