0.103 LTS is not EOL and is presently used in production systems.
Please revert this port from 1.0 LTS to 0.103 LTS. And please create a new port
for the latest feature release that is LTS (e.g. security/clamav-lts-latest).
Alternatively, please duplicate the previous commit (version 0.103.8,1) and
create a new port (e.g. security/clamav-lts-previous).
This will provide production systems an opportunity to migrate to the next
feature release LTS version.
