https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=271236 Bug ID: 271236 Summary: mod_php8x Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: jglossinger@gmail.com Both mod_php80 and mod_php82 ( I assume mod_php81 as well, though I did not test that) hang on any pkg operation (e.g. they hang during pkg install/delete/upgrade). The process that hangs is a perl script which consumes 100% of cpu and never finishes. The workaround is to simply kill the perl process. This allows pkg to finish whatever operation was hung. I don't know what the perl script is, or what it is trying to accomplish, but there seem to be no ill effects from simply killing it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
