work/grass7 error.log

amd64 13.2 live system updated

I see there is PR 243550 & 235174 that is the same and was deemed unable to
reproduce, but I am seeing the same error. I'll get more logs and attach and
dig in some, but similarly I cannot get qgis updated.

I feel like I updated this last weekend fine, but after the boost bump it broke
and won't rebuild. with it being installed or trying to build it without. same
2200 ish ports installed in both cases.

grass7 has these options set:
LAS NETCDF NLS PDAL PGSQL SQLITE ZSTD
