Patch to update to 8.3.1

Update to logitechmediaserver to 8.3.1 and offer to take over maintainership.

It seems that there will be changes with mysqueezebox.com and if people wish to
use it, they are encourage to update to 8.3.1.

I'm also willing to try and maintain this. I've used the port for years, so I
would like to have it continue to work on FreeBSD.
