I think we need to fix/remove the REINPLACE_CMD as well:

It was replacing DATADIRNAME = lib with DATADIRNAME = share (so that data is
installed into /usr/local/share instead of /usr/local/lib). Given that the mo
files are still installed into the correct dir, we can remove this?
