FreeBSD 13.2-STABLE #0 stable/13-dc1ba2a43 and libressl does not build due to
what looks like a simple idea:

[00:00:11] --- d1_pkt.lo ---
[00:00:11] d1_pkt.c:138:8: error: use of undeclared identifier 'BYTE_ORDER'
[00:00:11]                         if (BYTE_ORDER == LITTLE_ENDIAN)
[00:00:11]                             ^
[00:00:11] d1_pkt.c:138:22: error: use of undeclared identifier 'LITTLE_ENDIAN'
[00:00:11]                         if (BYTE_ORDER == LITTLE_ENDIAN)
[00:00:11]                                           ^
[00:00:11] 2 errors generated.
[00:00:11] *** [d1_pkt.lo] Error code 1

The exact same port builds fine under 12.4-STABLE.
