An attempt to update the port misc/ruut to 0.8.0 fails.

'make cargo-crates' prints the same CARGO_CRATES list as it is currently set
for the version 0.7.0, but the build then fails because the 'render_as_tree'
dependency from Cargo.lock isn't in the printed CARGO_CRATES.
