The Naxsi module has moved repository.  See details of this move in the
original repository here:
https://github.com/nbs-system/naxsi/issues/630

Version 1.4 of Naxsi has also been released under the new repository
(https://github.com/wargio/naxsi) and looks to include important compatibility
updates (bug #271064, comment #11), among other things.
