ld.lld 10h+ long invocation

This isn't a new issue, but it's a very painful one. Building mongo in
poudriere, on a well-spec'd arm64 multicore box takes longer to build
than *all of* rust, llvm*, gcc*, openjdk* combined.

The bulk of the time is spent in ld.lld and appears to mostly 1-cpu
bound.
