Thanks.  If you quote the changelog in your commit message, try to cut it down
to just the most relevant changes.

I think my previous instructions in that regard were not really clear: what's
important is that a changelog is provided.  This requirement is already met by
linking to the changelog, there's no need to also copy the changelog into the
commit message.  However, it doesn't hurt either, especially if there are some
important changes others might want to be aware of.
