Update emulators/mame to 0.255 and drop local patch for GCC cicrular linking

New MAME release 0.255 https://www.mamedev.org/?p=525.

Drop local patch files/patch-scripts_genie.lua as upstream now accommodates
this for FreeBSD :-)
