relevant part of build log

Trying to build pecl-memcached 3.2.0 from 2023Q3 branch in poudriere.
ALL build options including SASL are set to UNSET. I have not tried to build
with other option settings.
Build fails during "phase: configure" complaining about a missing "Package
libcrypto". I have attached the relevant parts of the build log.
