mcomix is broken since update of graphics/py-pillow to 10:

17:05:27 [MainThread] ERROR: You don't have the required version of the Python
Imaging Library Fork (Pillow) installed.
17:05:27 [MainThread] ERROR: Installed Pillow version is: 10.0.0
17:05:27 [MainThread] ERROR: Required Pillow version is: 6.0.0 or higher

This was fixed in 2.2.0
- Fixed incompatibility with Pillow 10.0.0 due to bug in version check.

Also set NO_ARCH (reported by poudriere testport)
