portstree patch for update to 1.12.2

Changes since last ports version 1.12.0:

- FritzCall: New method `hangup()`. (#184)

- FritzHosts: bugfix: removed issues preventing the method
`get_hosts_attributes()` to return a list of dictionaries representing the
host-attributes. (#190)

- bugfix in 'setup.py`: add `long_description_content_type="text/markdown"`,
because it is not used as default.
