Build log of php81-pecl-memcached

After update of databases/libmemcached to 1.1.4, databases/pecl-memcached fails
to build both with and without SASL support.

With SASL fails due to libcrypto.pc is nowhere to be found on 12.4p4, without
SASL it fails with the following configure error:

checking whether libmemcachedprotocol is usable... no
configure: error: Cannot enable libmemcached protocol
===>  Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
