Patch for default MySQL to 8.0

MySQL support has already been ended in 2019. 
In the middle of this year MySQL 5.6 will be deleted from the ports. At the end
of 2023, MySQL 5.7 will also be deleted from the ports. It would be time to
change the default version of MySQL to 8.0.
