Hello,

I'm trying to build with pep517 support but having some problems:

- PORTNAME needs to be renamed glances -> Glances to match PYPI case pkg name
  This could be easy if fetching from PYPI but it fetches from GH. PYPI tarball
doesn't include tests.
  WRKSRC is set to glances-3.3.1 that gives additional problems and I can't
find a solution to rename it to Glances-3.3.1
