Trying to install cad/ngspice_rework on my system fails at the install stage
with:

===>  Installing for ngspice_rework-shlib-38
===> Checking if ngspice_rework-shlib is already installed
===> Registering installation for ngspice_rework-shlib-38 as automatic

Stop.

Checking that directory:

ls -l
/usr/home/obj/ports/usr/ports/cad/ngspice_rework/work-shlib/stage/usr/local/lib/
