Patch to add support for 2023, and some formatting fixes

There are already a few vulnerabilities in the new year but they do not show up
correctly because the main list (?) does not include the file for 2023.

This patch also fixes some formatting issues in the new catci vulnerability to
pass "make validate". Not sure if this requires a <modified> tag in the entry.
Just in case i added one, feel free to remove it.
