I'm attempting to update ports I maintain to their
newest versions (graphics/synfig && graphics/synfigstudio) which
ultimately pull in graphics/libheif. But graphics/libheif fails
build with the following:

====> Compressing man pages (compress-man)
====> Running Q/A tests (stage-qa)
===>  Installing for libheif-1.14.0_1
===>  Checking if libheif is already installed
===>   Registering installation for libheif-1.14.0_1 as automatic

such file or directory

such file or directory
