"poudriere bulk -t" is OK on 12.3 amd64+i386, 12.4 amd64, 13.1 amd64+i386, 14.0

I didn't test Plasma (plasma5-xdg-desktop-portal-kde) or GNOME
(xdg-desktop-portal-gnome) but Sway (recipe a la bug 268726) failed due to
