I am seeing this exact same problem.
After quite a bit of troubleshooting and trying from scratch (in order to see
if it was previous settings/configurations), it appears the segfault happens
when either a) A new host is added and a backup is attempted or b) trying to
edit the backup settings/exclusions on the server-side in either the client or
group configuration for said host once added.
I also get the core dump in /var/urbackupclientbacke.core but I haven't been
able to parse it yet (gdb is missing at the moment on the client side). I'm
certainly willing to help continue to troubleshoot. Just tell me what you'd
like me to provide.
