Firstly: The dependancy libzdb is no longer needed. Removal allows seafile to
build on armv7.

Still, my freshly installed seafile (on amd64) fails with just:

Starting seafile server, please wait ...
** Message: 21:48:43.091: seafile-controller.c(678): No seafevents.

No error message. It seems hard to find the reason without knowledge, how a
seafile setup works.

Any suggestions?
