Hi,

phpipam 1.6.0 adds support for php 8.3:
https://github.com/phpipam/phpipam/releases/tag/v1.6.0

Current version in ports, 1.5.2, does not support php8.X at all, needs 7.X
which is deprecated.

I updated a port, it compiles, installs and works fine on 14.0 with php82.
