Patch to source tree to add OpenJDK22

Add a new port for the next release which should be available in April 2024. Am
new to creating ports, so it will likely need a few iterations.  At the moment,
unclear what best version number to use is. Initial build testing on x86_64
FreeBSD 15.0 Current.
