There's no gem gapic-common-0.21.0 either at rubygems.org or at
distcache.FreeBSD.org. I think something was wrong with this version of program
and it has been pulled out from repos. There's newer version:
gapic-common-0.21.1 that can be downloaded successfully from rubygems.org.
At now this port fails with errors:

=> gapic-common-0.21.0.gem doesn't seem to exist in /portdistfiles/rubygem.
