build failure

Hello,
I just upgraded FreeBSD to 14.0-RELEASE and I am experiencing a build failure
for html2text, as per attached log.

While I am using main ports branch, the error feels like poudriere is not
honouring the "USE_CXXSTD=     gnu++98" line in port Makefile.

Any thoughts?
