Patch for upgrade of devel/root

Attached patch for upgrade of port to version 6.30/02

Most of the port's patching of the source code is no longer needed, 
thanks to the amazing work carried out by mkrzewic at github.
His work is now part of the actual source code.

I am aware of the fact that some files are not installed/only installed 
on arm64 (https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=274696#c2), 
but I have no means, myself, of testing this.
If pkg-plist could be properly populated for architectures different 
from amd64, then ROOT should be able to build and run on those 
architectures as well.
