[Bug 275617] games/pokerth: return to pool

I give up maintainership for games/pokerth, as I am no longer playing the game
and fail to keep the port in good shape. Maybe someone is willing to take over.
Otherwise this port will probably expire, once the next bigger Boost update
breaks the build for this port.
