Build error for mysql80-client port after fix in Bug 274918

Please remember that mysql80-client is relying on the patches from
mysql80-server. Please use "${PATCHDIR}" in mysql80-server/Makefile instead of
"files".

"files/extra-patch-boost-boost_1_77_0-boost-move-detail-type_traits.hpp" should
be
"${PATCHDIR}/extra-patch-boost-boost_1_77_0-boost-move-detail-type_traits.hpp".
