added detail to COMMENT for x11/jbxvt about being a terminal emulator

Summary of differences in Makefile:

-COMMENT=       XVT fork in xcb
+COMMENT=       XVT terminal emulator fork in XCB

Intended to improve searchability for terminal emulator

From the previous attempt, I'll leave the WWW location as it was, because it
redirects and still downloads properly.
